Worst company i've had to deal with in awhile. Canaopy was a month late. Had to make dozens of calls to figure out why with a diffrent excuses everytime. Finally showed up with no screens. The power port was mounted so close the the rear latch it cant be opened . Side window frames have dings like they were pulled from another canopy. So very disappointed especially for the money paid.

"Third time is a charm" does NOT fit our experience this purchase! Ordered a Leer canopy on Oct. 17th, our third time dealing with All American, and were quoted a 10-12 week delivery. At the end of 12 weeks, on Jan. 14th, we were told it would be in "next week." After WE made two more phone calls, Jan. 18th and 24th, it was stated that the Salem staff had been emailing the plant and hadn't heard back. WE had to suggest an old-fashioned phone call be made! When a call was finally made, it was discovered that our order had not yet been processed. Whether it was overlooked or lost by the manufacturer, or never actually sent by All American, we will never know. After WE placed two more phone calls, it was finally determined on Jan. 31st that the order was found and thankfully, we were put in first position to have it constructed. American called on Feb. 16th to let us know it had shipped! However, the last straw was when WE had to call American on Feb. 26th to see if/when the canopy was arriving. The shipment had arrived, yet we had not been informed. It was finally installed on Feb. 27th. I must say, that even though the communication was inadequate and inefficient, the staff remaine

Been using All American for many many years and they never disappoint, always courteous and professional. Prices are very competitive and their work is top notch.

We have ordered three different canopies from this location. The first two were without any issues. And we're very easy to do it with. The third one I will ever was the worst experience I've ever dealt with. It took a year to get it because the first one was damaged and the second one never got ordered until I kept asking and asking about when it's going to show up. Finally once it shows up it has a chip and it damaged Edge. Answer request of the dealership it was painted by a local painter. The paint job was horrendous. Overspray and runs. They attempted to fix it and still left over spray and the runs on it. I wanted it either repainted or replaced. I was told that neither could happen. They wanted to take it off again and have the same person that did the crappy paint job fix it. At this point I have had enough. I do not want someone that cannot pay and cannot buff touching my canopy again. You would think with purchasing three of them. I would have been treated with a little bit more respect. But obviously Snugtop does not care.

The pictures speak for themselves. The LEER canopy is good quality but the wiring performed by All American Truck and SUV was poor. The wire was installed stretched tight around corners and laying against the exhaust. The fuse was blown and lights inoperative before even getting the truck home from the install. Disappointed customer.
